Where is the flight..?
After every turn
Is standing someone
Like a sphinx
With a wand to jinx..
Playful yet adamant,
Barbarous yet urbane,
Capricious yet stable,
Ethereal yet earthly...
Waiting patiently
A savage look on the face
Challenging my move
For the next race...
Lane leading to the right
Has intermittent light
Flowing through the lacuna
In the canopies of the fauna..
The left alley glows
With kaleidoscopic yarrows
But alongside stand insects
Of myriad power prospects..
Mind does the P n C
With each lane in the see
Taking the left first
Then a sudden shift to right..
The creature leers,
Scoffs and jeers
At the roller coaster
Plight of my mind...
